In these personalised sessions, I draw on my medical background and extensive yoga therapy training to help you decode the messages behind your discomfort and develop sustainable practices for healing..

Each session is uniquely tailored to your specific needs, incorporating therapeutic movement, breathwork, sound, ayurvedic knowledge about your individual  constitution. Using these tools of yoga I am able to assess your needs and to address your concerns at their source. Together, we'll create a practice that works with your body's wisdom rather than against it.
