Book a Class
Carole teaches people of all ages and abilities in a group class or individually. Classes are now taught on Zoom due to Covid-19 restrictions but will resume face to face as soon as safe to do so.
Great attention is placed on creating awareness of breath, movement and teaching invaluable relaxation techniques.
By calming the breath we reduce the fluctuations of the mind thereby calming the whole system, perfect for reducing stress and increasing immunity during lockdown.
