Carole teaches people of all ages and abilities in a group class or individually. Classes and one to one yoga therapy - all sessions on Zoom.  


Great attention is placed on creating awareness of breath, movement and teaching invaluable relaxation techniques.

By calming the breath we reduce the fluctuations of the mind thereby calming the whole system, perfect for reducing stress and increasing immunity.



Carole's calm nature and patience instantly put me at ease as a beginner. Her enthusiasm for yoga is infectious and has helped me discover a new passion.
