Carole teaches people of all ages and abilities. Group classes are small and taught with a specific individualised approach. A new chair yoga class has been added to the schedule and if you are interested in this please contact Carole for more information.
Great attention is placed on creating awareness of breath, movement and teaching invaluable relaxation techniques.
By calming the breath we reduce the fluctuations of the mind thereby calming the whole system.
