Unlike conventional yoga classes, these intimate sessions (limited to 6 participants) offer a therapeutic experience that responds directly to the needs present in the room. Drawing on elements of yoga therapy, Ayurveda, and mindful movement, these sessions provide far more than just physical exercise.
Each week, we explore different aspects of healing through movement, breath, and awareness practices. You'll receive personalized attention that ensures your practice is both safe and effective for your unique constitution.

Energising early morning on-line yoga​
​
These 30-minute morning sessions provide the perfect blend of movement, breath, to energise your working day or to promote focus for whatever the day holds. I have found that these 30 min on line sessions in the morning can set you up for the day without interfering with your plans. These sessions are popular with some of my clients, who say it allows them to attend several times a week, which is much more beneficial than one intense session, and creates a valuable healthy habit.
Designed for active individuals who value consistency, these classes offer accountability and community alongside thoughtful movement practices.
Whether you're a runner, climber, or simply someone who wants to move well, these sessions will help you strengthen your body, prevent injury, and create a foundation of stability for whatever your day holds.
