YOGARDEN
Yoga classes face to face, on-line yoga, and one to one Yoga Therapy, in Porlock, on the coast of Exmoor, with Carole Lyons

Yoga therapy is a way of working with rather than against your body and individual constitution, to develop a bespoke practice that works for you in addressing concerns of a physical , mental or emotional nature.
When we work against our unique constitutions and ignore the subtle cues from our bodies we can create suffering. Yoga therapy can help us to recognise these cues and gain vital insight and learning ,thereby gaining stability and clarity in all aspects of our lives.
We are all different, so each practice needs to be different too. Drawing on my background in nursing, yoga, yoga therapy and Ayurveda, I create a personal practice around your individual needs using movement, breathwork, meditation, sound and relaxation.
Yoga therapy may support you with
-
Recurring pain or discomfort
-
Recovery from injury
-
Medical conditions
-
Stress, anxiety or low mood
-
Menopause
-

-

-

“Carole is such a patient and compassionate teacher. She has an incredible depth of knowledge about the human body and yoga, but she never pushes anyone beyond what feels right for them.”
- Sandie
